What’s the best way to get to the Pal Terminal from Taft Avenue?

Do I take Osmena or Macapagal? And where do I go from there? Thanks!!

better take Macapagal since there will be less traffic and it will only take you around 30 minutes to arrive at your destination wherein if you take Osmeña it might take around 1-2 hours. the main reason is because more motorist uses Osmeña highway rather than Macapagal
