What are two reasons Roosevelt decided to run against Taft for the presidency?

    one reason is he didn’t feel taft was fit for office because he didn’t hold up the beliefs that Roosevelt originally thought he would. I’m not sure about this one but it might have been because Roosevelt didn’t want taft to win the election and he knew that by running it would split the vote of his party making them both loose.
