It’s amazing that … It’s amazing that more athletes don’t use these chambers… 3-5 hours a week would be more than sufficient to help control inflammation and speed up recovery from micro-trauma and help to prevent serious injuries from coming about. Seriously though, with what pro athletes are paid, you would think they would do whatever it takes to get every possible year out of there body!
