Take a look at:
http://www.threehosts.com/business

There you can reach the three reputable companies that are leaders in the E-commerce web hosting industry. They fulfill all your requirements to sell online or do/accept any online payments. By using each of them, everything you need for such a website is provided in one business Hosting Package.

Hope this helps.
References :
If you want something very un-technical use somethng like CubeCart CMS to create your eCommerce store. That way all the PHP and HTML is done for you, you just need to install it and add your products to it in a very simple user interface, once installed on your webserver it's very much like selling on eBay to add new products/delete old ones, and you can link it to numerous payment gateways like PayPal, Google Checkout, etc.

You do need a webserver though with SQL and an SSL certificate to accept payments online (some stores do work without SSL but it's not advisable, as it means your customers credit card details are being transmitted unsecurely through the internet, which most people don't like and probably wont shop there).
References :
http://axiam.runhosting.com/
