Has the chamber underneath the foot of the Sphinx been excavated yet?

Has the "secret" chamber that was found under the right paw of the Sphinx been excavated? I know they were planning on doing so, but got held up due to some political issues. Would love to know what is inside it.

The chamber is not below the Sphinx but under the Giza pyramids. There is a cave under them that has been proven but it is very dangerous to enter. Bad air and falling rocks to only mention a few of the perils. The cave was actually discovered in the 19th century and has never been fully explored.

If it has been excavated, results have not been made available to the public or the press hat runs from one of the pyramids to the chamber underneath the paws.
