Cool Edit Pro had cool effects you could do to your voice such as 50’s style and other cool echo chamber effects.

Audacity has nothing.

Worth a try if you don’t have Cool Edit.

   Audacity is best one I could find, it’s a real shame adobe killed Cool Edit.
