Is the Chamber of Commerce now just another branch of the republican party?
They are paying for really empty-headed political commercials on television, all very partisan.
The latest one here in California is against Edmund G. Brown, Jr. It blame him for the Bush Depression saying that "35 years of Brown’s spending has caused millions of lost jobs". Really vicious and untrue attack on a man whom I don’t particularly care for, but not one that I’d go around telling such obvious lies about.
The TV "News" announced that the Chamber of Commerce has removed the attack against Mr. Brown which also blamed Schwarzenegger’s $200billion deficit on him.
Yes.

well… or the Republican party is a branch of the chamber of commerce…
that may be more accurate…
I would say that the chamber could say jump and the reps would say "how high"… much more than the reps could get the chamber to do anything…

Absolutely. Their political ads are nowhere being in the public interest.

i assume you think they are "empty headed" simply because you disagree with them. Very open minded of you.
