Please specify what exactly needs to be in specifications for development of e-Commerce website? I need to deliver specifications to an oDesk provider I’m interviewing. Please keep in mind I’m a non technical person. What do I need to put in the specifications to tell them how I want the website to function and also be user friendly as well for customers visiting the site and making purchases? If you want something very un-technical use somethng like CubeCart CMS to create your eCommerce store. That way all the PHP and HTML is done for you, you just need to install it and add your products to it in a very simple user interface, once installed on your webserver it’s very much like selling on eBay to add new products/delete old ones, and you can link it to numerous payment gateways like PayPal, Google Checkout, etc.

You do need a webserver though with SQL and an SSL certificate to accept payments online (some stores do work without SSL but it’s not advisable, as it means your customers credit card details are being transmitted unsecurely through the internet, which most people don’t like and probably wont shop there).

I’m trying to start an e-commerce business selling used DVDs and movies. I have the products readily available, but I’m looking for a good site I can use to make a website. The website or program should preferably be easy to use/make, allow me to put all the new movies online easily, be effective, and not too hurtful on my wallet.

Any suggestions of programs or websites I should use, or any programs you think would be helpful in general to start this business?

If you don’t have experiance with web design, PHP, etc. you must use some of shop which cost and have limits with number of products.

I have to read a primary source document for US history class. The whole thing talks about some debate about if it’s constitutional for states to regulate commerce with other states and countries while Congress is. I’ve read the whole thing three times and cannot find a straight answer. Help?

I want guidelines for what can be done in computers field after doing commerce in 12th std. ? ? ?

I joined a Course in CMS Vadapalani Branch to learn Hardware and Networking. What a Nightmare it turned out to be.
It was a Horrible Experience which made me totally lose interest in studies.

All the Faculties there are good for nothing.
They don’t even have a basic Knowledge of the Subject. All are Time Passing Culprits.
I don’t know what for the Hell God gave them Brains.

** Their target is always on our Fees and Balance Payments.

** I ended up Paying around 50000 which is a total waste for a poor insitute like this.

*** None of the lectures were conducted properly

*** No proper computer or lab infrastructure was there and 15 people would have to practice on a single computer.

***Trust me CMS is nothing but a group of useless people who simply loot innocent youngsters aspiring career in Hardware or networking

***The course material has also not been handed over even after full payment of fees in advance.

** None of the Classes has been Started in Time.
** No Good Drinking Water Facility
** Untidy Sanitary Facility (Awk — Horrible)
** Not even a Single Subject A+, N+, CCNA went Properly.

None of them have a passion for Teaching and they work just for the sake of Money.

All these Guys don’t know that they are Spoiling a Glittering Teaching Profession.

2. Driver Signing is used to Differentiate between Original and Pirated Version.

I want to start an e-commerce and need an idea what fees (approximately) payment processing companies (such as ogone) charge the merchant. If it is too expensive I would consider Paypal which does look less professional.

If you are a beginner, Paypal is best way to start as they are less expensive (no setup fee, no security deposit) to start considering other companies.

Took commerce in school, just finished giving my boards, want to take Psychology (Hons). in Delhi University. Can someone tell me how much they are going to reduce my percentage by if I count Accountancy in my best of four? Also, is it merely having accts. as a subject or by counting it in my best of four that will get my percentage reduced?

If I have no insurance I’m not involved in commerce and when I need health care I pay cash in my state which doesn’t cross state lines and therefore does not give federal government jurisdiction over my transaction.

The individual mandate is NOT legal, in that it exceeds the power of Congress granted to it by the US Constitution. If they can force us to buy health insurance, then they can force us to buy anything they think we should own. The idea that this is covered under the interstate commerce clause is ludicrous… the fact that the federal government regulates milk prices doesn’t mean they can pass a law requiring us to purchase milk.

The objections to the individual mandate are three-fold. First, because federal law prohibits us from purchasing health insurance across state lines, then it is NOT INTERSTATE commerce and therefore cannot be regulated by Congress under the interstate commerce clause. Second, even if it WERE regulatable by Congress, NOT buying health insurance isn’t commerce of any sort, and therefore purchase of it cannot be mandated. Third, if Congress can mandate the purchase of health insurance, then they can mandate the purchase of any product they think we should own… such as a GM car or low-fat food.

i am now in 10th std n i wanna do architecture.bt i science is to HARD in 11th n 12th, so i am planning to take commerce. so what should i do? please help me

You need to do 12th science to qualify for architecture degree. Science is not at all hard in 11th and 12th….infact all you need to do is understand the fundamentals……..still if you feel its very tough…then…. maybe commerce will be ok…but dont be under the impression that accounts, statistics and economics are very easy subjects..in commerce….forget about architecture and try to get any degree in the next 5 yrs time…you will be lucky if you manage.
