The answer is no. Just because you defend yourself against bogus claims does not mean you are silencing people, and it certainly does not make you a communist. Obama is not diverting attention, he is addressing false claims. If he did not address these claims, Fox News and its viewers would slam him for it and suggest that the reason he is not addressing them is because they are true. When he does address the bogus claims he is said to be diverting attention, silencing speech, and is afraid of opposition.

It has been a Republican talking point for years that small business creates jobs that is why low personal income tax rates are so important. "We aren’t the party of small business, but rather the party of small business." The Chamber of Commerce represents the biggest of businesses whose interests are exactly opposed to the interests of small business the ones that are going to create jobs. Obama met with small business folks. Those are the important ones.

Besides if the Chamber of Commerce really wanted to do business with Democrats, they should stop their climate change denials and donating so much money to the Republican party.

These two organizations represent businesses that create 75% of the new jobs that aren’t paid for by taxpayer money. They also employ about 60% of the people working today.

It would be just a guess– They got the cold shoulder because they didn’t back the current Health Care Reform in Congress. But then they also don’t back Card Check and Cap a trade.

With those three bills in the works and everyone of them is a potential job killer. You have to wonder how long the folks in Washington DC are going to ignore the small business owners and continue to pander to big businesses.

Its a farce. The job summit is a farce and ultimately Obama and his cronies want to keep unemployment high because it will lead to more uninsured people and garner further support for his plan to reform health care and grow the nanny state. You cannot legitimately have a job summit without inviting representatives from the groups that employ the majority of americans.

Why is he getting input from the Chamber of Commerce to write his new immigration proposals? I thought Ted Kennedy was a labor man? Why isn’t he getting input from the labor unions?
Is Ted Kennedy part of the humanitarian liberal/labor exploitive capitalist, globalization at all cost, coalition? Is he like the little Gingerbread Boy, jumping on the Fox’s nose to cross the river?
