What happens to Karl Rove and the leaders of the Chamber of Commerce when they break their promises to China that they gave for the Republican Party?
In exchange for the Hundred Million or so Dollars China gave the Chamber of Commerce and Karl Rove’s Tea Party Organizations to buy the elections.

The same thing that happened to Clinton, nothing.

Why did the Democrats and Obama accuse Rove, Chamber of Commerce and Republicans of breaking federal law ?

.

Then offer no proof at all.

And when ask about it, said that it was up to them, to prove they did not break the law ?

I thought you were innocent until proven guilty in america.

So why are democrats making McCarthy like accusations ?

Sheer desperation. They have no moral compass.

Is it possible to exercise in a hyperbaric chamber?

I’ve heard that spending time in a hyperbaric chamber can make you feel like running around the world, but I would like to know if you can actually do physical exercise in a hyperbaric chamber without getting oxygen toxicity or experiencing other harmful effects.

Most are pretty small for running, but if you could find a spacious chamber with willing staff, sure! However, compression and decompression can pretty lengthy processes, so don’t plan on a few miles on the treadmill/bike/rower before school/work.

And as for feeling like running around the world, looks like the research evidence says no. Sorry.

Why is the chamber of commerce using foreign money for political advertisements?

Posted on November 6th, 2010 by admin in chamber of commerce | 5 Comments »

And if they aren’t, then they should open their books for all to see. Or should we just believe them?

They do it because they can, and they can because they’ve managed to subvert ‘our’ government for their own advantage. Corporations are now legal people with all the rights of a human citizen. We may soon see these corporations begin a drive to privatize everything in this country and well as hollowing out any kind of government control over their actions. Basically this what the movers and shakers of the GOP/Teabag/Fox News party are after. That’s why you have to be nuts to vote for any of the stooges that these people are putting up for election. Remember George Bush…Stooge in Chief? Just wait until the congress is full of these zombies. Zombies doing the bidding of the trans national corporations. Wow… I can hardly wait!

Are churches allowed to contribute to a local/national Chamber of Commerce?

Posted on November 1st, 2010 by admin in chamber of commerce | 1 Comment »

Since churches are non-profit organizations, they are not allowed to endorse or fund the campaign of a political candidate in the US.

However, many churches are active members of their community’s Chamber of Commerce. With the recent Supreme Court ruling, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce & many community Chambers are very actively involved in campaign advertising now. Since churches are members of these organizations, at least some part of the dues paid by the churches ARE going to political campaigning, which seems wrong to me.

Are they allowed to contribute additional money to their local chambers, beyond dues, in effect funneling non-profit non-political money into an organization that is not restricted on campaign spending? And/or is there a limit on funds they can contribute or dues paid, to prevent such a scheme?

This is a very grey area and I think it needs to be looked at by congress.
