What are some other e-commerce money and payment transfer companies other than Paypal? I had Paypal about two years ago and they froze my account for six months and then banned me for life. Recently a frien of mine had gotten banned too and he switced over to Bidpay. However he told me that Bidpay was going out of business. I’ve know of some older e-comerce ones but I think they went out of business too like stormpay.

When it comes to merchant accounts and payment acceptance on line I like to go with the safe bet. Google offers these services. I have attached a great link for you below. Before you use anybody find all details about fees, all merchant accounts are not created equall!

I work with a company that is interested in joining the chamber of commerce. We’re wondering about what all goes into it. How much do you pay? What are the qualifications and such. Any information would be great.

P.S. I realize I should just call them, but to be honest I don’t even know where to begin and I don’t want to look stupid on the phone.

Chamber of Commerces are usually organized by city, county or state. A very large county might be subdivided into more than one chapter. Look in the phone book or do a web search for the area in which you are located.

Usually, all that is required to join is to pay a membership fee. This can vary from as little as $25 to as much as $1,000 or more depending on the size of the chapter.

In most cases, there are no special qualifications required to join, although there may be different categories of membership (corporate, individual, non-profit, etc.)

If you are doing this to be community minded, great, but some people join the Chamber because they see it as a great opportunity to market their product or service. I have personally never had any success doing this.

At most meetings, the "wolves" (people trying to sell something) outnumber the "sheep" (potential clients) by ten to one. The people who you really want to sell to probably aren’t at a meeting like this anyway – they are too busy running their businesses to attend Chamber functions.

A quick intro: I’m in 11th grade at the moment, but I’ll be in my last year of high school next year. I’m going to head into Software Engineering, hopefully at Waterloo.

All was going smooth till I learned that I had a course conflict for next year. It was between CompSci 12 and vocal.

The obvious choice would be to take CS12, but it’s hard to drop my Vocal course, since I’ve been taking it for 3 years now, and I’ve become a member in 2 ensembles, one being an auditioned chamber group. Dropping Vocal would mean leaving these groups, a major hit in extra circular activities, along with major disappointment from my vocal teacher I knew since grade 9.

I spoke with my guidance councillor, and they told me that Waterloo’s admission for SE says CS11 is recommended, while compsci12 would be an asset. They also said vocal would be a good course for my 6th submitted mark, since it’s in the high 90s.

So here I am, undecided. If I pick vocal, would I still have a chance to be accepted in SE?

Go with vocal its seems thats what you like to do. You should enjoy your last year of high and the guidence cousenlor never sad that you wouldn’t get in if you didn’t take that other class so go with you gut instinct. good luck

In a diving sense…no difference mechanically. A hyperbaric chamber is a decompression chamber and vice versa..
If a person is being treated for a non dive related medical condition, like burns for example, chances are that the Doctors will refer to the chamber as a hyperbaric chamber. That chamber is being used for something other than a dive injury.
If the person is being treated for a dive related injury, chances are that same chamber will be called a decompression chamber because usually the reason a diver is in there is for decompression treatment. It’s spelled with the "baric" on the end. Baric being a root word dealing with gas pressures.

Below is a list of Progressive writers. You will note that Taft is not among thm. I’ve never thought of or heard of Taft as a progressive. Taft and Roosevelt came to hate each other. Roosevelt served 2 terms and did not run for a 3rd in 1908 due to the unwritten rule that a president should serve no more than 2 terms. Taft, a fellow republican, became president. Then 4 years later, partly because of Roosevelt’s dislike of Taft and because Roosevelt wanted another term, Roosevelt ran as a progressive candidate. Roosevelt really messed things up. They split the vote and a democrat, Wilson became president. Roosevelt and La Follette ( governor, senator and later presidential candidate from Wisconsin ) are considered the preeminant progressives. Taft, I believe, is not in the picture.

I am considering to take commerce as a sixth subject in school. I am studying in ICSE syllabus. I need to pick between computers, commerce and economics.
I am in 8th grade currently. Sixth subject option is in the 9th grade.

If you take commerce then you will be able to do B.B.A after 10+2 and if you are interested in computers then take computer oriented study to do B.C.A. Economics is also good for B.B.A. and one of the subject should be Math. Good luck and study hard as Competition is tough to get a good institute for higher study. Minimum you should have 50%. The more you get will be better.
